My life has been a good one. I have two loving parents, two brothers (who despite picking on me) who are always there for me, and just a great family filled with aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents! And most importantly, I have a loving wife (Melissa), who is supportive, understanding, and just all around amazing!!I have always been a little different from most. I value honesty and love artistic expression. I believe people don't have to fight to have their ideas heard.. I believe in being a gentleman! You should treat others as you wish to be treated. I have a desire to help and encourage others. And yes, I am a christian. All, that being said I also have a lot of interest. I love reading, writing, music, sports, playing guitar, and being with people.
update: in the interest of being honest I should say that I am now a widower. I could have just erased the part mentioning my late wife but she was and is a major influence on me even now. I do not know what the future holds, I do not understand everything that has happened but I will continue to serve God. I will continue to believe that there is hope and a better tomorrow. Thank you Lord for helping me every day. He has been teaching me that:
Love is beautiful, enchanting, and wonderful. It is the greatest of gifts. One that will sustain you in trials, encourage you during troubles, hold you during pain, and laugh with you in good times. It will tease you, test you, enthrall you and drive you mad all at the same time. Ironically, those who truly love will, inevitably, experience the greatest of heartaches. The worst sorrow. Some will experience it sooner than others. But, the great thing about love and the human heart...they can go on. With grace they can continue. True love never dies and the heart can learn to love again and grow to allow for love anew. It's a grace from God. There is always room for love and we should remain open to the possibilities God has for us.
